Bob was born in Philadelphia, PA and was raised in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania. He earned his BS at Lehigh University where he majored in accounting and minored in history. He earned his MBA from the University of Maryland and his MST from Georgetown University.

Before joining with Mr. Farmer in 2001, Bob had worked at a regional accounting firm in Columbia, MD for 18 years, where he attained Partner level.

Bob specializes in non-profit accounting and A-133 Audits. He has vast experience with real estate accounting, law firms and beer distributors.

Mainly serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area and parts of New Jersey, Mr. First resides in the Woodside section of Silver Spring, MD and travels frequently to our home office in Warren, RI.
